Management

ARF is governed by an elected executive board. Election is held every three years and the board members are elected by the general members. Action Research Foundation is staffed by a group of professionals responsible to undertake assignment, planning, implementing, managing and evaluating projects, programs and initiatives.

Man power

All the staff members of ARF are university graduates covering relevant areas of disciplines, e.g. Science, Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife, Biodiversity, Marine Science, Geography, Biology, Fisheries, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Sociology, Fine Arts, Management, Religions & Cultures, Development Studies etc. Additional specialized and technical training on development and management has also been utilized by its team of personnel. Field staff will be selected from the local working area; Voluntary staffs of ARF usually work at the time of emergency work, some of them are working as apprentices at local level to enrich their knowledge. At present Action Research Foundation has 50 volunteers.

Panel of Experts

Action Research Foundation has established a good number of panels consisting of reputed scholarly Environment Specialist, Scientists, Social Scientists, Economist, Educationalist, Technologist, Anthropologist etc. They have been contributing their expertise in the Projects/ Programs of ARF. ARF is closely associated with them for the last 5 years.
